At Escape618, we don’t have a cancellation fee.

When booking your adventure, we collect the price of one ticket ($30). (Deposit)

You can add as many people as you like to your time (up to how many people are allowed per room) and you pay for as many people in your party upon arrival (additional $30 per person).

If you can’t make it to your scheduled time, please let us know as soon as possible. We reserved this time for your group and others that may want to enjoy an adventure can’t book this time as it’s being held for you.

No call, no show. If you can’t get a hold of us and don’t let us know that you’re not going to make it, we reserve the right to keep your deposit, ($30) however, we understand that life happens and we handle this on a case by case basis. This $30 goes to your actor assigned to your room.
