Escape 618, LLC (“Escape 618,” “we,” “us”) runs this website and our escape rooms at 102 E Main St, Belleville, IL 62220. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you book a game, buy a gift card, fill out a contact or group form, sign up for our newsletter, or sign a waiver, we collect what you provide. That can include your name, email address, phone number, group size, and any message you send us. Waivers also include the names of the players and, for minors, the parent or guardian who signs.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools to collect basic information such as your browser, device, pages visited, and how you found us.
How we use it
- To schedule and manage your booking
- To answer your questions and plan group events
- To process payments and gift cards
- To keep signed waivers on file
- To send updates and offers if you’ve signed up (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- To measure how our website and ads are working so we can improve them
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We only share it with the services that help us run the business:
- Off The Couch: online booking
- Square: payments and gift cards
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram): the Meta Pixel helps us measure and improve our ads
Each of these companies handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if required by law.
Cookies & your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can control the ads you see from Meta in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. Opting out may affect how some parts of the site work.
Photos
We don’t allow photos or video inside our rooms. After your game, your game master may take a group photo. If our waiver includes a media release, we may share group photos on our website or social media. Just ask us if you’d like yours left out.
Children
Our website isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information online. Waivers for minors are signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Keeping your information safe
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or system is 100% secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
