Terms & Booking

These terms apply to every booking with Escape 618, LLC. By booking a game or buying a gift card, you agree to them. Questions? Call us at (618) 416-7300.

Booking & payment

Every booking is private. Your group has the room to itself, and we never pair you with strangers. When you book, you pay for one ticket up front: $35 plus tax. The rest of your group’s balance is due after your game, and players can pay together or separately, with cash or card. Every game requires at least 4 paying players.

Discounts

Military: $5 off per person with a valid military ID, applied at check-in.
Detention kids tickets: players ages 10-12 are $25 per person in Detention. Kids tickets are a standalone price and can’t be combined with the military discount or any other offer.

Cancellations & rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, call us at (618) 416-7300 at least 24 hours before your game for a full refund of your $35 deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit.

Arrival & late arrivals

Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked time to check in and sign waivers. Every game starts at its booked time. If your group arrives late, your game may have reduced time so we can stay on schedule for the group booked after you. If you arrive too late, your game may be canceled.

Age requirements

Detention is 10+, The Jail Cell is 13+, and The Haunted House of Alice is 16+. If any player in your group is under 16, an adult must be on-site the entire time the room is running.

Waivers

Every player must sign our digital waiver before playing. Players under 18 need a parent or legal guardian to sign for them.

During your game

Photos and video are not allowed inside the rooms. Closed-toe shoes are required. Please don’t force, climb on, or pry at props or set pieces. Everything in the room can be solved without force, and damaged props ruin the experience for the groups that come after you.

Right to refuse service

Escape 618 reserves the right to refuse service to any participant or group who is intoxicated or acting unsafely. Sadly, we’ve had guests ruin not only their own game but the games of the groups after them, and we won’t let that happen to you.

Gift cards

Gift cards are sold online through Square. Gift cards never expire and are non-refundable.
